Conveniently located in the centre of Manchester on the North campus, Weston Hall is a modern self catering residence comprising of 440 undergraduate rooms and 90 postgraduate.

Weston Hall is a secure environment with Reception operating 5 days a week. We also have an on call residential team comprising of Warden and 7 flat tutors providing welfare support. Weston Hall is home to students from a wide range of backgrounds, from different countries and cultures. Flats comprise of 8 bedrooms with shared kitchen and lounge facilities. Weston is a self-catering Hall and each kitchen and lounge is furnished with a good standard of equipment including cookers, fridge freezers, microwaves, toasters, iron and ironing board and kettles although you are expected to provide your own crockery and cooking utensils.

All bedrooms are single study rooms and are en-suite. A telephone is provided for your use and Ethernet facility is available in each room. Several rooms are designed to cater for the needs of students with a disability. A no-smoking policy operates in all areas including study bedrooms. Let lengths are for 36 weeks, 39 weeks for undergraduate and 51 weeks for post graduates. All let lengths include accommodation during the Christmas period although 36 week let length does not cover the Easter period. Easter vacation accommodation is available in Weston at a separate charge to the Residential fees although rooms are limited and not guaranteed. This can be booked separately in Hall.
